Four prints, one block and one fabric
X8235, X8448, X8779 and X8780 are cut from the same carded cotton on the same boyshort block and share the 10-12, 12-14 and 14-16 age run at a 24-26-28 waist. Only the print and the waistband tape change, so one fit approval and one fabric approval carry the whole group and a buyer can take the assortment or a single style.
The four prints
X8235: a strawberry with a Happy Time cloud on the hip over a scatter of sparkles, under a bear-and-bunny printed waistband. X8448: a doodle heart with good luck lettering and small flowers. X8779: a posy of flowers with bubble letters on the hip and a Love Girl tape at the waist. X8780: tulips, butterflies and a small bunny, also on the Love Girl tape.
A boyshort cut for school days
The leg is cut straight and long enough to sit under a school skirt without riding up, and the 5% spandex lets the body stretch and recover. The waistband is a soft printed tape, the leg openings are finished flat and the gusset is lined in cotton.
Childrenswear rules built into the pattern
No cords, no drawstrings and no applied small parts, so the group clears EN 14682 and CPSIA on construction rather than on a disclaimer. Metal detection runs on every order and the prints and dyes are run to the OEKO-TEX limits the mill already works to.
Colours, sizes and packing
Each print runs in five or six colours across pastel pink, lilac, mint, cream, lemon, sky blue, coral red and hot pink. Graded 10-12, 12-14 and 14-16 years on the 24-26-28 waist run and packed as a mixed assortment at 300 dozen per carton. Prints, colours, waistband tape wording, the ratio inside the pack and your own hangtag are all set per order. AQL 2.5 inspection on every shipment.
