Six styles, one block and one fabric
DH2124, DH2126, DH2263, DH2374, DH2376 and L1023 are cut from the same carded cotton on the same boyshort block and share the L, XL and XXL run at a 28-30-32 waist. Only the waistband and the motif change, so one fit approval and one fabric approval carry the whole group and a buyer can take the assortment or a single style.
The six styles
DH2124: a knitted I LOVE YOU waistband over a small star print, with a bow motif on the hip. DH2126: a knitted LOVE LOVE waistband with a daisy heart and love script. DH2263: an all-over doodle heart print in two ink colours. DH2374: a plain body with a dotted LOVE and a Happy Valentine's Day heart. DH2376: a lipstick-kiss print under a You said forever always script. L1023: a day-of-the-week waistband, one day per colour, with a Be Lovely motif on the hip.
A boyshort cut that stays put
The leg is cut straight and long enough to sit under a school skirt or shorts without riding up, and the 5% spandex lets the body stretch and recover. The waistband is either a knitted jacquard tape or a soft turned edge, and the gusset is lined in cotton.
Made to childrenswear rules
No cords, no drawstrings and no applied small parts, so the group clears EN 14682 and CPSIA on construction rather than on a disclaimer. Metal detection runs on every order and the prints and dyes are run to the OEKO-TEX limits the mill already works to.
Colours, sizes and packing
Each style runs in six or seven colours across black, white, navy, red, burgundy, pink, rose, mint, sky blue, cream and grey marl. Graded L, XL and XXL on the 28-30-32 waist run and packed as a mixed assortment at 300 dozen per carton. Waistband wording, motifs, colours, the ratio inside the pack and your own hangtag are all set per order. AQL 2.5 inspection on every shipment.
