Four prints, one block and one fabric
X7431, X8131, X8752 and X8753 are cut from the same carded cotton on the same brief block and share the 8-10, 10-12 and 12-14 age run. Only the print changes, so one fit approval and one fabric approval carry the whole group and the four styles can be ordered as a mixed pack or one at a time.
The four prints
X7431: a drawn bow with a heart balloon and a scatter of dots across the hip. X8131: a bunny holding an ice-cream cone, repeated small and large. X8752: a bunny on a swing inside a flower heart. X8753: four little animals holding LOVE balloons with fireworks. Each print sits on the front, away from the seams.
Carded cotton, soft where a child feels it
95% cotton with 5% spandex gives the brief enough stretch to pull on easily and enough recovery to keep its shape after washing. The waistband is a soft printed elastic, the leg openings are finished flat and the gusset is lined in cotton, so nothing scratches or rolls.
Childrenswear rules built into the pattern
No cords, no drawstrings and no applied small parts, so the group clears EN 14682 and CPSIA on construction rather than on a disclaimer. Metal detection runs on every order and the prints and dyes are run to the OEKO-TEX limits the mill already works to.
Colours, sizes and packing
Pastel pink, lilac, sky blue, mint, cream, peach and yellow run across the group, with the colour set slightly different per print. Graded 8-10, 10-12 and 12-14 years on the 24-26-28 waist run, packed as a mixed assortment at 400 dozen per carton. Prints, colours, the ratio inside the pack and your own hangtag and waistband tape are all set per order. AQL 2.5 inspection on every shipment.
