Four graphics, one block and one fabric
X9396, X9679, X9762 and X9763 are cut from the same carded cotton on the same boxer-brief block and share the ages 14, 16 and 18 run at a 30-32-34 waist. Only the artwork changes, so one fit approval and one fabric approval carry the whole group and a buyer can take the assortment or a single style.
The four styles
X9396: a skateboarding dinosaur in sunglasses with a HEY DUDE GIMME THE 5 graphic on the hip. X9679: an all-over doodle print of footballs, bats, scooters, stars and PARK LEAGUE lettering. X9762: an 08 varsity number with a football and SOCCER TEAM under it. X9763: an eagle head with AMERICAN EAGLES and a Born to be free script.
Cut for the teenage age run
This is the older-boys block, graded for ages 14, 16 and 18 at a 30-32-34 waist, so the rise and leg are drawn for a teenage body rather than scaled up from a younger run. The knitted UOMO waistband is wide enough to sit flat under jeans and the leg is cover-stitched so it does not roll.
The waistband carries your brand
UOMO is knitted into the jacquard tape rather than printed, so it survives washing and abrasion. Your own name and tape colours replace ours on a tape order, with no change to the body, the graphics or the grading.
Colours, sizes and packing
The plain-body styles run in black, white, navy, royal blue, sky blue, red, grey marl and stone; the all-over print runs in black, navy, royal blue, sky blue, red and grey marl. Packed as a mixed assortment at 300 dozen per carton. Graphics, colours, the ratio inside the pack and your own waistband tape and hangtag are all set per order. AQL 2.5 inspection and metal detection on every shipment.
