One print, nine colourways
A single football artwork run across nine stock grounds rather than nine separate drawings, which is what makes a three-pack or five-pack cheap to build: one fit, one set of screens, and the pack ratio decided at packing rather than at development.
Artwork confirmed per order
The drawing shown is a reference. Character, club and licensed artwork is only put into production against your written clearance, and where you supply your own file we work from the vector and check the separations on a strike-off before bulk.
Childrenswear rules built into construction
No cords, no drawstrings and no applied small parts, so the style clears EN 14682 and CPSIA on construction rather than on a waiver. Metal detection is mandatory on every order, and dyestuffs and prints run to the OEKO-TEX limits the mill already works to.
Age-run grading
Graded 12-14, 14-16 and 16-18 in 95% cotton with 5% spandex, regradable to your own age or height chart from the same block. Samples in 7-10 days once artwork and ground are confirmed.
