Cut for the younger age run
This is the middle-childhood block, graded 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 and 10-12 - a four-step run rather than the three-step 12-14 to 16-18 run the older boys' styles use. The rise and leg are drawn for that body, not scaled down from the older block, which is the difference between a garment that stays put and one a child pulls at.
One print, nine colourways
A single cartoon artwork across nine stock grounds. One fit approval, one set of separations, and the pack ratio decided at packing rather than at development.
Childrenswear rules built into the pattern
No cords or drawstrings, no applied small parts, so the style clears EN 14682 and CPSIA on construction. Mandatory metal detection, and dyestuffs and prints to the OEKO-TEX limits the mill already works to.
Grading and samples
95% cotton with 5% spandex, regradable to your own age or height chart from the same block. Samples in 7-10 days once artwork and ground are confirmed.
