The tape does the branding
A plain body under a wide woven logo tape is the cheapest way to make a basic read as a label rather than a blank. It is the shape that carries a buyer's name across a whole multipack without a single print operation.
What is on the garment
A piece-dyed carded cotton body and a wide jacquard elastic tape at the waist with wording knitted into it in a contrast colour, repeated all the way round. Leg openings are finished flat with no separate binding.
The tape is the tooling
The wording is knitted into the elastic, not printed on it, so it survives wash and abrasion. Changing it to a buyer's own name is a tape order, not a new pattern: the body, the gusset and the grading are untouched.
Graded L-XL-XXL
Graded on the 28-30-32 waist run and regradable to EU, US, UK, AU or JP charts from the same block. Tape colour, wording and body shade are all open to change. AQL 2.5 inspection and metal detection on every order.
