Piece-dyed body, contrast waistband
The body is knitted in 95% cotton with 5% spandex and piece-dyed, so the colour is in the cloth rather than printed on it. The interest sits in the waistband: a contrast jacquard tape run against a plain body, which is the cheapest way to make a basic look considered without adding a print or a panel operation.
A waistband that does not roll
The tape is stitched with a four-needle cover seam so it keeps its shape through industrial washing. Your own name is knitted into the jacquard rather than printed on it, at no tooling cost, so it survives the wash cycle the garment is actually given.
The volume body in a men's range
This is the style that carries the quantity while printed bodies carry the interest. Because it runs on the same block as the printed styles, a plain and a printed tier share one fit approval and one size set.
Graded L to 4XL, regradable
Graded L-XL-2XL-3XL-4XL, regradable to EU, US, UK, AU or JP charts. Shades matched to a physical swatch or a Pantone TCX reference, with the dye recipe held on file for repeats.
