One artwork, nine colourways
This is a single print run in nine stock colours rather than nine different drawings. That is the cheaper way to carry a range: the fit is approved once, the screens are cut once, and each colour is a dye and ink decision rather than a development. Colours can be dropped or added without re-costing the rest.
All-over print on cotton jersey
The artwork repeats across the full body panel and continues through the side seams. The ground is 95% cotton with 5% spandex; printing on cotton rather than a synthetic is what keeps the hand soft, and it is why the print survives industrial washing without cracking along the stretch.
Waistband and pouch settled before quoting
A knitted jacquard waistband stitched with a four-needle cover seam, a three-panel pouch and a flat-locked seat. A waistband that rolls and a pouch that loses shape are the two reasons men's underwear comes back to a buyer; both are construction problems, not fabric ones.
Graded L to 4XL, regradable
Graded L-XL-2XL-3XL-4XL and regradable to EU, US, UK, AU or JP charts from the same block. Your own artwork replaces ours on the same pattern set.
