Capabilities
What we actually do for you
One-stop OEM & ODM solutions
Arrive with a tech pack, a competitor sample, a sketch or just a market gap. We handle blocks, fabric selection, trims, grading, labelling, packaging and export documents as a single scope of work.
- Your spec built to the letter (OEM)
- Our 200+ blocks adapted to your brand (ODM)
- Tech pack written for you if you do not have one
Quality assurance system
ISO 9001:2015 procedures with four inline checkpoints — fabric intake, cutting, sewing and finishing — before an AQL 2.5 final inspection. You get the report, the measurement sheet and carton photos before the goods move.
- Shrinkage, pilling, colour fastness and recovery testing
- Metal detection on every finished piece
- Third-party inspection welcome at any stage
Creative development & sampling
Our development centre runs its own knitting and sewing so a fabric idea becomes a wearable sample, not a swatch. Lab dips, hand-feel trials and fit sessions happen on site.
- First proto in 7–10 days
- Up to 3 free revision rounds on confirmed programmes
- Fit models in EU, US, UK and AU sizing
Flexible production
Twelve lines that can be split. A 500-piece launch style and a 100,000-piece repeat can run in the same week, which is why we work well with e-commerce sellers and established brands alike.
- MOQ from 500 pcs per style, 300 pcs per colourway on repeats
- Mixed-size and mixed-colour cartons
- Drop-shipping and 3PL-ready packing
Cost competitiveness
Knitting our own fabric removes a margin layer, and buying yarn at mill volume removes another. We quote openly: fabric, trims, labour, packing and freight are all listed separately.
- Transparent cost breakdown with every quotation
- Value engineering offered, never applied silently
- FOB, EXW, CIF and DDP available
South America logistics
Year-round dedicated capacity shipped as full containers direct to our own company inside a Chilean free-trade zone, then distributed to six markets across the region.
- Full containers only — no LCL groupage
- Local stock, local invoicing, local customs documents
- Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay
Process
Seven steps, in this order, every time
01
Pattern & design
Blocks drafted or your tech pack reviewed, with a flag on anything that will cost you money or time later.
02
Sample engineering
Fabric knitted, elastic tension set, seam type chosen. This is where the garment’s behaviour is decided.
03
Sample approval
Proto, then fit, then a sealed pre-production sample you sign off on. Nothing goes to bulk unsigned.
04
Standards set
Measurement chart, colour standards, care labels and packing specs locked into a production file.
05
Bulk production
Lines allocated, inline checks at four points, weekly progress photos sent without being asked.
06
Packing & loading
Polybags, hangtags, cartons and barcodes to your retailer’s spec; container loaded under supervision.
07
Export & delivery
Documents issued, container sailed — or consolidated into our direct route to the Chilean free zone.

Common questions
The five things buyers ask first
500 pieces per style for adult underwear and 800 pieces per style for children’s, which can be split across colourways at 200 pieces each. Repeat orders on an existing block go down to 300 pieces per colourway.
A first proto takes 7–10 working days once the brief and fabric are confirmed. Sampling costs USD 30–80 per style, credited back against your first bulk order.
30–45 days after the pre-production sample is approved and the deposit is received, for orders up to 50,000 pieces. Seamless programmes sit at the longer end because knitting time is fixed by machine gauge.
Yes, and not through a forwarder. We consolidate full containers in Pujiang and ship direct to our own company inside a Chilean free-trade zone, which distributes to Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Yes. We can knit from your nominated yarn, buy from your nominated mill, or run our own fabric. Nominated fabric adds roughly 10 days for inbound testing.
Send us a style and we will send back a sample plan.
